Most credit and debit card orders placed before 2:00 EST are shipped on the same day. Electronic check payments will be shipped once the check has cleared. Likewise, all Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.
Standard "Best Way" shipping will be at the discretion of Smith's Bath & Home by the least expensive means available. We ship using both the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service. The rates for these services will be calculated for you during the checkout process.
At this time, we are not offering International delivery; however, we plan to begin offering overseas services during the first quarter of 2008.
Domestic Overnight, Express and Expedited orders placed by 2PM Eastern time will ship on the SAME DAY.
Payment
We accept check or money order on faxed or mail orders only. Electronic check payments can be made through PayPal; however, the order will not be processed until PayPal has cleared the payment (typically 2-3 business days).
We offer both PayPal and Google Checkout for processing purchases. Through both avenues, we are able to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. In addition, one or more offer the ability to pay directly from your checking account. When using these services, no credit card or other sensitive information is passed to Smith's Bath & Home.
Any payment transactions processed directly through Smith's Bath & Home are protected by a 128-bit encrypted SSL to protect our customers. You can shop confident in the knowledge that your information is protected and secure.
Return & Refund Policy
You may return all undamaged items purchased at Smith's Bath & Home within 30 days of the original delivery for any reason. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
